What are the transaction fees?
Free is 2.9% + $0.30 per sale, Pro drops to 1.9% + $0.30. Payment processing is included in that number — there is no second bill.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply instantly and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every seller gets a HiBuy address like hibuy.ai/yourname — that is your store, your link in bio and your checkout, all in one.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts land in your connected bank account 7 days after a sale on Free, 2 days on Pro and daily on Brand plans.
What counts as a shoppable post?
